Innocent Magambi, Founder and Executive Director of There is Hope, was one of the receipients of this years Builders of Africa's Future Award.

Builders of Africa’s Future (BAF) serves to showcase and award entrepreneurs who are running early stage for-profit and not-for-profits that are addressing Africa’s unique needs through technology or differentiated business models. These unique needs are in health, education, energy, financial inclusion, gender inclusion, nutrition, commerce, industrial development, and other socio-economic good. 

Innocent is a refugee himself who set up There is Hope to support a community often overlooked. His hardwork and inspiration has helped to transform many lives within Dzaleka Refugee Camp. Innocent has even written a biogrpahy about his life's journey and the inspiration for There is Hope.
