Anthony has been our CEO from 2003, albeit with an 8 year break when he worked for our USA partner organisation. Passionate about empowering people to live to their fullest potential in Jesus, Anthony is always looking for people who want to be change-makers. Compassion for those that are hurting is a main motivator for him, mixed with the desire to see people find hope and renewal in God, regaining the power of choice to change their own situations. Having lived in Africa, that continent is in his blood and he fiercely fights for the right of a child to have a fear-free childhood. Lola has been our Chief Strategy Officer since 2022 and has been partnering with us as a Catalyst for some time prior. She is passionate about assessing the needs of her home community in Oxford and networking with community leaders, the Government and other groups to help to meet those needs. Having transferred that skillset to her role as Chief Strategy Officer, she enthusiastically develops plans to enable us to bring food, freedom and forgiveness in Jesus' name to disadvantaged communities across the UK.

Rachel has been our Administrator & Compliance Officer since 2019 and is based in South Wales. She's passionate about providing effective infrastructure that serves individuals and communities worldwide, freeing them up from administrative headaches so that they can focus more fully on their God-given ministries. Her heart's desire is to fulfil her wide-ranging role with joy, connecting people to the resources they need and providing simple solutions to complex regulatory problems.

Beth has been part of the team since 2021. Her role is to support potential volunteers in the process of discerning where God is calling them to serve. She loves to connect volunteers with our teams across the world so that visions and hearts can be shared. Wayne has been providing member care for our various partners for some time. He regularly meets with many of the workers within One Collective UK on a pastoral basis, checking in with them every month or two. He doesn't have leadership responsibility for them but he creates a safe place for folks to check in with someone who can listen and pray with them outside of any other responsibilities. Sometimes, people will talk with Wayne about something they don't know where else they can work it through; other times, he's a safe place where people can practice a conversation before they approach their leaders.

Janie has faithfully served as our accounts manager since 2019. Her patient and meticulous approach to all manner of financial tasks has been a great blessing to us as we collectively serve people and groups across the world. Friendly and welcoming, she makes handling financial queries straightforward, removing barriers so that our partners can focus on mission.
