What animals in the Epipelagic Zone are producers, consumers and decomposers?

The epipelagic zone is the illuminated zone at the surface of the sea in which enough light is available for photosynthesis to happen. The producers that live in this area includes cyanobacteria, floating seaweed and phytoplanctons. The consumers in this area can be represented by herbivorous and carnivorous zooplanctons, fishes, whales, dolphins and squids.
